I remember there was some option of recording your session creating the model, and re-runing it with modified values - please check the GiD menus and documentation.

You might also wish to look at SARA (especially the options of randomizing geometry).

is there a possibility to parameterizes  a model which was created with the GID interface?
e.g.: I think of a circle for which I set the radius as a parameter so that its possible to change the circle just by giving the parameter an other value.
