I have a problem with ATENA. After running the program, it gives me the following error before completing the steps:

"Access Violation at address 056047A8 in module" A3Run_1dll. "Read of address E6724A6A".

I've read the Troubleshooting but can not find what to do. Then I would know that this error is and how to solve?
