Please also understand that you have to install ATENA from the CD received with the new key - the previous installation didn't know about the 2nd key and can not recognize it.

I have a question about the remote control of atena. There is no problem to use it on the installed computer, but when we use the remote account to open it, it can’t  be used as registered version, and it shows an unregistered demo version. The error message is “ATENA 3D
The program cannot be launched.
License test
Licence for key 375 / 1(MemoHASP),2(MemoHASP)
Testing key MemoHASP licence No. 375 / 1
E06: To run the program as a service on the terminal server is not allowed.
No key with the correct licence found.

So we want to know if the newly brought atena can’t support remote control? This atena is the second one we brought from you, and the first one has no such problem.
