Please make sure that
A. Your license on that particular HASP key includes ATENA Egr 3D (i.e., the key is for FULL or 3D)
B. Your maintenance expiration date allows to use 5.1.1.10781 - run the ATENA Update Check utility to check this
C. Check for general key-related issues following ATENA Troubleshooting, 2.4.12 Hardware key not recognized (HASP – required key not found, invalid user id check, ATENA only running in Demo mode, or similar).

The units can only be chosen when creating a new model (through File - New, before any geometry is created).

I receive this error message during mesh generation.

Then Catastrophic Failure

Also how can I change the units from SI units to US units?
The icon for changing units is locked.

Can you please help me on that errors?
