meshing nonplanar macroelements

I want to mesh the rib of an anchor, the rib is a non-planar, inclined macroelement. I hav tried giving finer meshes and meshing doesnt hapends. T3D error occurs. Pls help me with an idea to mesh to the nonplanar rib. THank you.
