please
1. run the ATENA Update Check utility to make sure you are using the most recent ATENA version available according to your maintenance, and download+install if neccessary.

2. If the problem persists, please follow ATENA Troubleshooting, 2.1.1 to send us your model etc.

During Run before step1 that is at the beginning, I am getting Warning: Due to a conflict with previously input data the reference IDs base counter had to be reset to value: 1002959; (input filename , line 39793). Unable to resolve.
