2 Rukiye: Please make sure you indeed have the right monitor defined (External Forces in case of force loading, Reaction in case of prescribed displacements) and that it is located in the same point as your load.

If you still can not identify the problem source, you can send us your model etc., following Troubleshooting, 2.1.1.

Hello dear Sir or Madame,

I've got the same problem with reading the Monitorinpoints. I've modelled a two span post tensioned concrete beam. Everything is working fine till the last step. ATENA gives me the displacements but not the reaction to the prescribed deformation. And i already read the troubleshooting. Everything is just how it has to be.
Can you please help me fixing the problem.

I already see ATENA Troubleshooting 2.1.13 but I can`t fix the problem with the monitoring point.

for the most frequent sources of this problem, please see ATENA Troubleshooting, 2.1.13 A monitoring point shows no value, the program gives me an error on reading a monitor value.

Hello,

I also want to build up a Pull-Out-Test. I'm getting the below error message when I run the program for each steps:

(*) Monitor U2 - Load: error reading value.

But the calculation is continue. I don't know why. So,I think I need your help.
