it is not clear to me why&what you exactly need/wish, but I can suggest to first see ATENA Troubleshooting, 2.2.1 Is there an example how to change the structure during analysis to consider the construction process? and look at one of our Construction Process tutorials (the one corresponding the ATENA program you work with).

i would like to ask, how can i modify the stiffness of some certain finite elements or assign these elements a new kind of material? Can i do it through GUI? Can i add some code directly in the *.inp file.
