For ATENA Science and Engineering 2D, there are tutorials included in the installation (section 2.2 Tutorial for Construction Process in "(..)\AtenaV4\Documentation\ATENA Science\ATENA-Science_Example_Manual.pdf" and "(..)\AtenaV4\Documentation\ATENA Engineering\ATENA-Engineering-2D_Tutorial_Construction_Process.pdf").
