I am afraid the ATENA 2D Postprocessor only displays tensors using automatic scale. You can store the binary step results (File-Export-Binary result files) and import them into ATENA 3D (File-Open other-Results by step). In the 3D Post, you can set the scale manually for tensors, however, I do not know any way to change the black+red color.
