Look into the Msg or Err output file/window to see which of the criteria exceed the limits.

I also recommend to read section "2.2.2 I get the message "The execution is killed due to violation of stop iteration criteria", what does it mean?" of the ATENA Troubleshooting Manual.

Just a guess: if the strains are small and the analysis can not converge, the most frequent reason are missing supports (e.g., the whole structure can move in one direction or rotate along an axis without any resistance) or other wrong boundary conditions (e.g., 2 parts of the structure not connected together).

Hello,

I kindly ask you to inform me how can I see a detailed report regarding the solving of the non-linear equations. How can I now which one of the convergence criteria is not satisfied? I have the same error `Process killed due to violation...` even if the strain in concrete and steel have very small values.

Regards,

Ioan
