Dear Jia, not all ATENA Studio commands are available in Runtime - for some of them (greyed out in Runtime), you need to switch to Postprocessor.

Hi, I followed Troubleshooting to find the load on surface; however, I cannot click Data Request in ATENA Science. I use GiD to build model and ATENA Science to analyse.
