In general, the bond model is mostly used in areas of anchorage, where slips might be expected.

It depends what you want to study. But what I understand the debonding in ECC concrete is delayed compared to standard concretes so it will probably lower effect on load bearing capacity of such structure.

When do we need to use the reinforcement Bond model? Is it always necessary?
In modeling a shear wall made of ECC concrete or a beam with the same material properties, should we use it as well?
