Hi!
I defined a stress monitor at data location joint spring (at integ. pt.) in the GUI and modified the inp. into "Spring_Stress" with the text editor.
Import into run analysis and calculation works.
Thank you!

Hello Felix, the value to look at is named Spring Stress. I am not sure if/in which GUEs it is possible to define a monitor for it, but you definitely can A. output all spring stress values into a text/table (see ATENA Troubleshooting, 2.1.13 How to get the nodal forces at 100 nodes as output in text-file or other?) or B. define a monitor for Stress and edit the .inp to modify it into Spring Stress.

Hello,
i wonder how i can monitor the spring force in a graph like the displacements or reaction shown in the tutorials. Neither the monitored value reactions nor external forces shows me a value apart from zero in the post processing graphs. I only get one value in the post processing view window in the spring tab. But i want to see it in a graph.

Thank you for your help,
Felix
