Dear myforework, in short: No.
With a little background: Please understand ATENA is a software package for nonlinear analysis, not for linear design (where such approximations are frequently used). The material model has some definition range, for example for the ratio of the tensile and compressive strength (see the ATENA Theory Manual for more information).
According to our experience, in most cases, such an option does not make any sense and demanding it is a result of some wrong though behind the model setup. If you think this is not your case, please explain what you plan to do (see also Troubleshooting, 2.1.1), maybe there is a way to get the answer/results using our program...

dear people

is that possible to switch off the tensile strength of concrete during defining the material?

thank you
