Dear mohrezosh,
you need to use the Dynamic module of ATENA Science for this kind of loading. I recommend to first (after you are familiar with the basic ATENA-GiD Tutorial) look at the simple dynamic example included i ATENA installation, %Public%\Documents\ATENA Examples\Science\GiD\Tutorial.Dynamic\BridgeConcreteSinusImpulsLoad.gid and then start with your own model.
To define the load history (shape of the load impulse), please see the option "Define Loading History" in the Interval Data dialog.

I want to know if there is a way to model impulsive and blast loads using ATENA ? If yes, how can I do it?
