I suggest to read about external cables and reinforcement bars in the manuals (ATENA 2D/3D User's, ATENA Theory).

In ATENA, normal reinforcement bars are automatically connected to nodes of all concrete elements (or volume elements with any other material) the bar passes through. The ATENA kernel internally creates the corresponding master-slave connections without any need of user intervention.

An external cable is automatically connected the same way only at its endpoints. Nodes where it changes direction are handled as deviators according to the correspoding parameters in the cable definition.

Dear sir

I am modeling an unbonded post-tensioned precast concrete shear wall with ATENA 3D. I used external cables for modeling unbonded bars. at top of wall, in order to slave degrees of freedom of external cables to concrete wall panel, I want to define a rigild element, how can I do it?
or is there any other way to slave degrees of freedom of external cables to concrete wall panel?

thanks
