This is not possible. Both volumes should be meshed with similar pattern. I would recommend hexahedra.

Interface and both connected faces should have consistent mesh and no fixed contact shall be used. As I can see from the images, this condition is not fulfilled. The best way is to open a sample model with interface and check how it is defined there.

This video can help to  model the interface but the parameters should be different.

I believe that there should be some other webinars with better tutorial how to define interface and determine their properties.

Thankyou for your advice,
but can you tell me how to mesh interface between the supports (SOLID Elastic) that can only meshed with tetrahedra and the slab (SOLID Concrete) that meshed with hexahedra element

I was trying to make a model of slab loaded vertically by a column with four supports in each side. In real experiment rubber/mortar was used between supports interface and bottom face of slab to make the slab's tip uplift , so I want to simulate the uplift by using CC3DInterface with zero cohesion and tensile strength but I didn't obtain a good result.

I made the CC3DInterface contact valume collapse with the support and assign -fixed contact to surface- between the CC3DInterface and bottom face of slab. Can anyone help and give me a suggestion for proper way to model this problem

I put my screenshot and model in this link
