Dear prof. Parikh,
if you need smaller macroelement dimensions, you have to change the global precision setting correspondingly.
Go to General data - Analysis information, open the "Global" dialog, and change the "Decimal digits" setting to 5.

Please note that
1. once you increase the geometrical precision of the model, you can NOT reduce it back
2. if you set the precision too high, you can get problems with contacts not being created where needed and similar
- i.e., only increase the number of digits if needed and only as far as required.
