Hello, I am not sure what you mean? If you are working in GiD there you can export the mesh and import it into another GiD file and apply the material and conditions directly on the mesh and run.

Another way how to accomplish that is to just take the generated inp file, where the mesh is already present. Make the necessary modification in material, loads or bcs and run it in AtenaStudio or AtenaConsole directly.
