how to fix this problem - to make it start from (0,0)? is it the problem during the assigning of load step?

In most cases, because the first point is at the end of the first load step. In other words, there is no point added (forced) at the origin.
Why the results in the load-deflection graph does not start at (0,0) but about 10kN or 5 kN higher in Y-axis?
