Why the results in the load-deflection graph does not start at (0,0) but about 10kN or 5 kN higher in Y-axis?
In most cases, because the first point is at the end of the first load step. In other words, there is no point added (forced) at the origin.
how to fix this problem - to make it start from (0,0)? is it the problem during the assigning of load step?

A. set the graph scale manually to include (0,0) in the displayed area
or
B. prepare the graph in some specialized software (e.g., GNUPlot, MS Excel, ...) and modify it as you like
