Hello ssaber, you have to replace the Macroelement with the opening with several macroelements such that each of them is "brickable", i.e., has 6 four-edged faces. You can assign "mesh compatibility" to the artificial contacts between the MEs to have a compatible mesh throughout the original ME being replaced.

hello every one
I tried to mesh a beam with opening with brick type but my macroelement mesh convert to tetra type.
I must divide beam to 4 part for meshing with brick type. how do it?
