Topic: error reading value

sir, i am modeling a frame with atena 3D. i want to check the effect of stirrups and i give monitoring point on stirrup with value of reaction. But it gives error reading value. Please help me to remove this error.

Dear 254vishurai,
please see ATENA Troubleshooting, 2.1.13 A monitoring point shows no value, the program gives me an error on reading a monitor value for the most typical problems related to monitoring. You may also be interested in Troubleshooting, 2.2.19 How can I monitor a surface (or line) load?

If you still can not record the quantity of your interest, please follow Troubleshooting, 2.1.1 to send us your model etc.
