Topic: 3D concrete beam

I have modeled 3 D model of concrete beam loaded by surface load and supported by line support, the problem is :in post processing, the reaction and the total load appeared as load in node as, how can i integrate these joint loads to a total load or total reaction; in other words how can i know the the total load or total reaction at any step ?
