Topic: 3D Nonlinear Cementitious 2

hello every one.
I want to  define new mateial with 3D Nonlinear Cementitious 2 >>miscelaneous
how calculate the fail.surface excentricity .
thanks.

Re: 3D Nonlinear Cementitious 2

Please see the ATENA Theory Manual for details about the fracture-plastic (Cementitious) material model family. However, in general, if you do not have any measurements for a specific material parameter, the best usually is to use the value generated from for the cube strength or for the closest corresponding concrete class.

Re: 3D Nonlinear Cementitious 2

tanks.
but I dont find formula including of relationship between cube strength of concrete and fail.surface excentricity.
can you say in which sheet of Atena Theory this formula is exist or type it.

Re: 3D Nonlinear Cementitious 2

For the failure surface eccentricity, the default value of 0.52 is used independently of the cube stregth/concrete class.
