Topic: Newton Raphson vs Arc Length

Hi there,

I am running a model to find the ultimate capacity of a pile cap with prescribed force. I have run the program with both  Newton Raphson and Arc Length, and the results are considerably different. The deflection t pile cap corners and the reinforcement stress are different from two analysis.
Can you advise me on which solution method is more reliable.
