HELLO,
IN ATENA theory , there are five softening models included in SBETA material model with explain of each with equations but on what basis i can choose them in analysis of ultimate load or any other analysis?

Dear samuelhanna93, basically, you should use the default = exponential softening, unless you have a specific reason to choose another (e.g., modelling fibre reinforced concrete).
