in ATENA Engineering 2D, use File - Text Printout, in Atena Engineering 3D, the command is Files - Print Text.
In AtenaWin, Output - Data Request, set Location to Output Data, select the monitor to export (the predefined filters may help), press Apply to write the monitor values  to the .out file. Please check Chapter 6. OUTPUT DATA of the AtenaWin Manual for details.

In all cases, it is important to define the Monitoring Points to record the load/displacement/... history before running the analysis. If you have an analysis that has taken a lot of time and wish to look at the history at a point without the corresponding monitor, please follow Chapter 8.1. Supplementing output monitor data after execution of the analysis of the AtenaWin Manual to define a monitor after the analysis and extract its values from all steps with stored results.
