Topic: Internal generation error

When I try and generate mesh for a reinforced concrete beam in ATENA 2D, the progress bar almost completes but then the error "Internal generation error! Access violation at address 06E67736 in module 'FC2DGen.dll'. Write of address 0701B000" comes up.

Does anyone know what this error means/how to get rid of it?

Dear karina.siems, this typically means the mesher exhausts all available memory. Please see ATENA Troubleshooting, 2.4.1 Out of memory error during ATENA analysis for general ideas on reducing the model size. If you can not solve the issue, please send us your model (Troubleshooting, 2.1.1).
