Topic: Modelling different fiber volumes
Hello,
I'm working on modelling the shear behaviour of FRC with different fiber volume "dosage". I read in the manual that I should use CC3DNonLinCementitious2User model in Atena-Gid interface. The thing is, I don't know how to take into consideration the effect of different fiber volume (i.e 1%,2%...).
Thanks.

Re: Modelling different fiber volumes
Dear karim.attia.1, please see the ATENA Science – GiD FRC Tutorial. The document is available for download from our web (Products - ATENA - Documentation). There is so far no established general way to calculate the bulk material properties based on the fibre properties and amount (and the concrete mixture properties).
